Ralitsa Chepisheva

Hello and Welcome,

to the Nurturing and Wellness World I am devoting to create. Anāhata is the path of our inner voice, inner truthfulness that here , we can express through food, movement, dance, awareness and energetic practices. I will make sure, I will guide and share with heart, so we can share an uplifting and growing experiences together!

Where on a Retreat, Event or Festival, I am here to offer my passions - to cook, to teach , to guide and most importantly to give, serve & inspire with care and love.

Ralitsa’s journey began with dance — a lifelong professional practice of training, performing, and teaching, including major events & stages worldwide and lastly being present as a dancer in the new movie Wicked. Her devotion to movement naturally opened the door to a deeper exploration of the body, energy, and consciousness, sparking a lifelong spiritual and holistic inquiry.

Her path naturally expanded into a deeper spiritual and holistic exploration. Guided by a Bachelor in Molecular Biologyand enriched through certifications in Yoga, Chinese Medicine, Health Coaching, and years of plant-based nutrition practice, Ralitsa integrates movement and energy work into her approach. She also practices and incorporates, with gratitude, tai chi, qi gong, and the Espiral Principle (by Tsvetanka Gerginova) into her work.

For the past eight years, her passion for cooking and nourishment has grown alongside her healing practice, preparing plant-based meals for retreats, workshops, and events from the UK , France to Greece and Bulgaria — supporting transformation through food as well as movement.

Over the last five years, Ralitsa has also been teaching her dance-somatic method - Anāhata Movement, guiding students to connect movement, dance, awareness, and energy, and helping them cultivate embodied transformation.

Inspired by her teachers, her own ongoing search for awareness, and a love for guiding others, Ralitsa founded Anāhata— a haven where movement, energy, nourishment, and holistic practices converge. It is a sanctuary for presence, heart-centered guidance, and collective healing, inviting others to reconnect with their bodies, awaken their energy, and rediscover the natural wisdom of the soul.

Ralitsa carries deep gratitude for her Teachers and honors the opportunity to share their wisdom through her work.
