Dance Your Way into Healing and Connection

Anāhata Movement , a practice, created by Ralitsa , weaves together dance, meditation, & embodied movement as a pathway to

RELEASE, REALISE & EXPAND.

Movement becomes our mantra - a sacred guide leading us to the Heart, to the essence of our existence.

About the practise

Dance itself is incredibly powerful tool where we translate our stories, express the current self and use movement to heal and recreate our perceptions and beliefs.

Dance invites us to dive into our inner world, connecting deeply with the True self.

Through closed-eye movement, we build a bridge between the hidden depths of our soul and the physical expression of our body, transforming and experiencing emotions, thoughts, feelings, pictures and energy into  a flowing intuitive dance.

We close our eyes and  dive into a journey of exploring and dancing our own stories, face with the main character and awake our true self. Dance takes us together on path of inner growth, a revival where  we recreate our perceptions and beliefs. We transform. We heal and allow ourselves just TO BE.

The practise will take us  to a higher intelligence and to a place where movement magic happens.

We surrender to the wisdom within, allowing dance to move through us, as us.

Recently, I have created the following three key points, that I feel that dancing the Anāhata Way , offers and gift us to experience. Followed by a few powerful quotes by spiritual masters , I believe that they have shared it in its most sacred and special way!

  • “…Through spiritual dance we seek, as in all spiritual methods, to gain insight into the spiritual path, is means and goal….”

  • “… so as to rid ourselves of our useless luggage, to become joyous and ecstatic inwardly,….”

  • “…. while outwardly we maintain our discipline and retain our feet firmly on the path.”

  • Embodied Awakening: Guided movement to bring awareness to the body with attention to the breath. Stretch & Release

  • Eyes-Closed Dance Journey: Starting our deeply personal, intuitive movement, guided with a theme and questions

Closing Blessing: Gratitude, presence, and return to wholeness

  • "Dancing has always been a means of expressing inner states. Dance is a means of communing with the god in us, and through this contact we can send energy out into the cosmos. In this form dance is truly a meditation because it represents the way, the path, the union of the lower and the higher selves……The spiritual dancer is moving along the spiritual path in rhythm and harmony with his inner being…"

    Swami Satyananda Saraswati

  • " You dance naturally, without any special preparation only when you want to dance for relief and realisation. Expression becomes the expression of your heart. The mind becomes the spectator. The heart begins to dance, not needing any orchestra or audience. Dancing without any ulterior motives is a soulful experience. "

    Srinivas Arka
